David Lee Myers is a sound and visual artist working in New York City since 1977. He has had over fifty recordings released under his own name - and also as Arcane Device - by Starkland, Important Records, Cronica, ReR Megacorp, Line, Silent, Pogus, RRRecords, Staalplaat, Monochrome Vision, Generator, and many other labels.
Collaborations have been produced with Japan’s Merzbow, Thomas Dimuzio, Ellen Band, Gen Ken Montgomery, guitarist Marco Oppedisano, and Dirk Serries (as VidnaObmana).
Two Albums were created with legendary electronic pioneer Tod Dockstader, and with Hamburg’s master sound manipulator Asmus Tietchens five projects have been released.
